Love this paddle. Super low swingweight, but feels solid and stable, amazing sweet spot and a crisp feel that softened a bit - but still skews more crisp than soft. Elite pop and power right out of the box - but I added 4g weights on the bottom and it gave me the extra plow through I like without adding more swingweight. Everyone comments on the funky shape and then I let them play a game with it, and suddenly everyone has more questions. Even the graphics are super slick and visually nice. I’m one of those guys who literally buys all the paddles (recently have played with a J6CR, Vapor Power 2, and RPM Q2) and this is my new main. Literally no complaints!
I've been playing Selkirk only the last 4 years and I decided to make a change. I tried 6 different paddles and this one was and is my favorite!!! I was worried I was going to lose a little control moving to this type of paddle, which does provide a lot more power than I'm used to, but after a couple of weeks I have my same control and added power! Absolutely in love with this paddle!!!

As an owner of the original blue Havik 2 and two versions of Maverix paddles prior to that release, couldn't pass up the new color, my wife's favorite. Not sure I'll let her use it though. I'm every bit as happy with this new color as with my original blue. This paddle is simply the best I've ever hit and I have nearly 10 years of playing experience with tournament medals up thru skill level 4.5, most recently with Maverix paddles.

Return is much easier, deeper and readier to run up the net! Volleys and smash are noticeably stronger! I just need to adjust a bit for the resets! Overall for me, I feel like an instant up 0.3 in Dupr with this paddle!

I recently purchased the Havoc 2 and it felt phenomenally good. The weight was light, extremely good spins, the power was a welcomed bonus and the control I had was very good. The grit on the paddle produces insane spins and I recently played with the paddle for about a month and took it with me to the Oklahoma senior games qualifying tournament this weekend (7-9 August), and it didn’t disappoint me at all. I placed 1st in men’s doubles and I never experienced any problems with the paddle. Even my occasional aches from my elbow disappeared. The Havoc 2 paddle made all the difference in my success at the tournament and I am definitely going to buy a second one to keep as a backup. Most players hadn’t heard of the Havoc 2, but when they played with it at the tournament they were very surprised by how well they could control their game. The price of the paddle was also a welcomed bonus for them. This paddle surprised me from the moment I got it and I am definitely keeping the Havoc 2 as my go to paddle!

Love this paddle. Won a 5.0+ moneyball event and have been training with it for months. It does everything I need it to do - power, spin, touch, resets, full counters and more. I can hit banana shots, drop shots and deep slice returns. I look forward to buying another one soon.

Two weeks in and I love it. I’m a 3.5 who identifies as a 4.0 and I’m dropping my newer boom for the Havik full time. I play 12 hours a week and my elbow pain has been slowly going away after I stopped playing my old paddle and starting with the Havik and I feel the power is similar and control is better.

Playing this, per the recommendation, with the 'as shipped' setup for ~ 2weeks now...and loving it. This paddle is everything it claims to be be: light, solid, fast, powerful, controllable...lots of winners right off the production line. For me, I will be adding a bit of weight for stability & enhanced sweet spot, simply 'cuz I'm not skilled enough to meet the ball at the center of the paddle consistently. I also find that there is a learning curve with respect to the shape, coming from a traditional elongated paddle...the cut corners take a minute to get used to. That said, once the adjustment was made, I feel like this improves my skills as I am now clearer focused on center paddle contact. Looking forward to what's next from this quality company.
I purchased the Havik 2 about 2 months ago. Started playing with it . I got better and better using the Havik 2. More control, more power. I was about a 3.0-3.25 player. I played in a few tournaments (mens doubles and mixed doubles). Improved to a 4.0 player. The last tournament we played for the gold. Unfortunately we lost but the Havik 2 made a huge difference. It my go to paddle. I need to buy a back up. I sold my other paddle because I was able to feel the difference. I will follow Maverix and cant wait for my 2nd Havik 2 and what ever new one they come out with.

I absolutely love this paddle! The quality, design, and performance are excellent. It feels comfortable in my hand, has great control and power, and makes playing even more enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!
Built the grip up with a rope underlay. Added 2 one ounce weights to each side on the bottom of the paddle for control and I’m starting to feel good using it. I haven’t gone all out yet with it yet but has good pop off the center of the paddle. I’m looking forward to using it

played my tournament with the Maverik Havok 2 - the Rate PPA Las Vegas - 60+ mixed doubles, and won the bronze. Paddle has very nice aim/control and decent pop from the sweet spot. So far, so good!
I'm really happy with this paddle; it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this paddle for anyone looking up to improve their game! Super lightweight, witch is great for my arm, and elbow too! similar to the Honolulu blue paddle, but i like this better!

I enjoyed playing with the paddle, but recently purchased a different paddle that has a little bit more control, power and spin. I don’t plan on returning.The Havik 2 and will keep it in my bag. I’m sure I will continue to play with it as time goes on.

It’s decent out of the box by itself, but adding the weights in the correct spot to fit my swing really make a difference, a lot of shots that I would be reaching for out of my frame I’m able to get it over off a little contact. The paddle is just hot instead of the ball going into the net which keeps the volley alive. The weights make it so it’s fluid through the zone so I’m hitting the sweet spot more consistently instead of catching edges. I added a trigger grip and it takes the over gripping the paddle and puts the paddle into my fingertips which gives me a lot of control with my backhand snap but, this paddle is just so controllable but hot as hell on contact. Now if you’re worried about your dink game becoming a speed up game that’s not the case. I’m able to get more top spin on my dinks so the ball is staying close to the net and not floating so it’s keeping the frequency of speed ups from the other side down. This is a $400 paddle at a great value at $164. You can’t go wrong giving this paddle a try but, definitely experiment with the included 3 gram strips for weight or titanium tape and find where it fits you around your edges. It’s a game changer with how your paddle flows through the zone. I’m 5’9” guy stocky build 230lbs, So I naturally had power, but this paddle makes it controllable and the huge difference is those balls they’re just out of reach, but I still get a paddle on it. That’s been a huge game changer when the ball is going over now. I know another woman that has his paddle and she put her weight towards the end for more power since she’s really small and her drives are impeccable sometimes hard to block at the kitchen. I'm glad I purchased the Havick 2, it has performed well and I enjoy playing with it. I'm usually a hybrid paddle type but this is my go to paddle. It performs better than the $200 paddles. This review is not about shipping insuance, but about my Havik2. I love love love my paddle. I've been playing with it for a couple months now and it's definitely a step up for me from the Havik. It's definitely got more power which I was looking for, but now I have to learn to control it (with great power comes great responsibility haha). I'm still getting used to swinging freely with it. I'm not an avid player as I only get to play once or twice a week, so it's taking me longer to get the hang of it. But I can tell when I do, it'll be good. I've seen it at times when I play. I've made some shots in spots that I was trying to do and it worked out handily. I just need to get it more consistent. When that day comes, I may become a 2.0 player!

Great paddle with excellent control, power, and overall feel. The quality is outstanding, and it’s clear Maverix puts a lot of care into both their products and customer service. My only suggestion would be to offer a darker-colored grip option. The white grip looks great, but it stains easily and shows wear quickly. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Maverix Pickleball to others.

Yes! yes! YES! The lightweight makes this super customizable. I have large hands, and I was able to get the extra thickness I wanted without counter weighting the head of the paddle. I also drilled multiple weight positions. The recommended set up works great. To get a juiced feeling, you could weight the whole side to get heavy serves/drives. Everything feels intuitive! I didn't have to chose between having good drives, or drops, fast hands. The lightness also made overheads snappier. Another plus- no wrist or shoulder issues. I will admit I asked chat gpt and claude to find me a paddle that has a lot of pop/power, and was light. This was the recommendation. I am a first time buyer and so I did my research, and watched their spec videos! An amazing value for all the tech. Spin is great. A lot of craft was put into this paddle, and you can tell. I am running out of space for this review.... you will not be disappointed. I was also able to roll into a tournament with this, and medal. Best paddle I have tried/owned. I almost wish I had another paddle just for sharing because have been curious about it.
