Our shipping policy includes free economy shipping for all orders over $100.00 within the contiguous United States. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other regions beyond the contiguous 48 states. We take pride in offering a 30-day money-back guarantee to our international customers. If you don’t love your paddle, you can return it. However, for international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary by location. Please contact our support team for return instructions and estimated shipping fees.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping, but availability varies. Please contact us at info@maverixpickleball.com before ordering to confirm if we ship to your country.
- Duties & Taxes: Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning import fees (VAT, duties, or carrier handling charges) may apply upon delivery. These are not included in the checkout price.
- Unpaid Fees: If duties/taxes aren’t paid, the package may be returned. Refunds will be issued minus shipping and return fees.
- How to Prepare: Check your country’s customs rules or use an online duty calculator for estimates.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED:
If you have not received your item within 3 business days after the "estimated delivery date", which can be found within your order confirmation, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner. If we have not been contacted within 5 business after "delivery confirmation," the item is assumed to be been received and in possession of the buyer.
