The Maverix Guarantee

Hey, it’s Matt.

First off, thank you for even considering Maverix. I know there are a ton of paddle companies out there, and choosing to try something new is not always an easy decision. Whether this is your first Maverix paddle or your fifth, I genuinely appreciate you taking that step with us.

I firmly stand behind our products. I truly believe we make some of the best quality paddles on the market, and I stand just as strongly behind our customer service. If something is not right, we are going to do our best to make it right.

At the end of the day, we want you to feel confident trying Maverix. We will always put you first. Always.

Below is our full return policy so everything is clear and transparent.

General Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customers returning paddles can do so without any restocking fees. You simply cover the return shipping.

For all other items, they must be in new condition to qualify for a return.

Paddle Returns and Exchanges

You may return a paddle within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will accept returns and exchanges for paddles that show normal wear and tear, including:

  • Dirty or used grips
  • Worn paddle faces
  • Minor scuffs to the edge guard

We will not accept returns or exchanges for paddles with obvious physical damage caused by misuse, such as cracked edge guards or cracked paddle faces resulting from striking the ground or other hard surfaces.

All paddles are thoroughly inspected upon return. Refunds or exchanges will only be approved if the paddle meets the criteria above.

All items included with the original product must also be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, head covers, weights, grips, overgrips, inserts, packaging components, or any other accessories that came with the product.

If any included items are not returned, Maverix Pickleball reserves the right to deduct the value of the missing item or items from the refund or apply an additional charge.

Please note: We allow only one exchange per customer within the 30-day return window.

Returns for Other Items

To qualify for a return for non-paddle items, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exclusions

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Ambassador Starter Packs: These are offered at a discounted rate and are non-returnable unless the complete pack is in new condition. Exchanges for items within the starter pack are allowed, but ambassadors are responsible for shipping costs.

Clothing and Hats: These items must be in new, unopened condition to qualify for a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Send an email to info@maverixpickleball.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these cases individually and do our best to resolve them promptly.

For paddles, if you believe your paddle has defective grit, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. Please note that grit naturally wears down over time and is considered normal wear and tear.

How to Start a Return

You may choose to either provide your own shipping or use our return shipping label for a flat rate of $12.99.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

If more than 5 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@maverixpickleball.com.

Additional Notes

If you purchase 2 of the same items that are discounted at different rates and decide to return 1, we will issue a refund based on the lower-priced item.

Example: John purchases 2 Havik - 15 Pro paddles: one at full price and one with 20% off. He later returns one. We will refund the paddle purchased at the 20% discount.

If your order has not arrived within 2 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us promptly. Unreported delivery issues after 5 business days from the delivery confirmation will be considered resolved.

Maverix reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Please check our website or contact us for the most current return policy terms.
