Maverix Pickleball Return Policy

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy reflects our commitment to providing a hassle-free process for eligible returns.

General Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers returning paddles can do so without any restocking fees—simply cover the return shipping.

For all other items, they must be in new condition to qualify for a return.

Paddle Returns

You may return a paddle within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for Other Items

To qualify for a return for non-paddle items, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exclusions

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Ambassador Starter Packs: These are offered at a discounted rate and are non-returnable unless the complete pack is in new condition. Exchanges for items within the starter pack are allowed, but ambassador pays shipping costs.
  • Clothing and Hats: These items must be in new, unopened condition to qualify for a return.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during promotions, pre-sales, or with discounts, as well as gift cards and purchases from non-approved vendors, are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send an email to info@maverixpickleball.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these cases individually and aim to resolve them promptly.

For paddles if you believe your paddle has defective grit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it. Please note that grit wears down with time and this is considered “normal wear and tear.”

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@maverixpickleball.com. Please note:

  • You may choose to either provide your own shipping or use our return shipping label for a flat rate of $12.99.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

If more than 5 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@maverixpickleball.com.

Additional Notes

  • In the event you purchase 2 of the same items which are discounted at different rates, and then later decide to return 1 of the items, we will issue a refund based on the cheaper item. 
    • Example: John purchases (2) Havik - 15 Pro paddles where the first paddle was full price and the second paddle he received a 20% discount. After receiving the items, John decides he would like to return 1 of the paddles. In this example, we would issue a refund for the cheaper item which would be the paddle which was discounted at 20% off. 
  • If your order has not arrived within 2 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us promptly. Unreported delivery issues after 5 business days from the delivery confirmation will be considered resolved.
